Warrington Property Services can provide a complete bathroom service which can include the replacement and reorganisation of a bathroom layout, together with plastering, decoration, tiling, flooring, ceiling treatment, lighting and ventilation.  We can also provide a more economical scheme to replace bathroom suites with as much or as little work to the remaining areas.

A bathroom showroom is available through one of our main suppliers, City Plumbing in Warrington.  This showroom boasts an array of the leading manufacturers and also offers a free one to one design service.  We also have links with the Tile Shop in Warrington who have a vast selection of ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles.  We are able to offer significant discounts from these companies to our customers.

Bathroom Installation Process

1) Initial visit to take measurements of your existing bathroom, take photos and to determine what you are looking for.

2) We develop a scheme proposal with costs and post this to you. We can be contacted at any time to discuss this proposal.

3) When instructed, Warrington Property Services will carry out a second visit to develop the proposal into a detailed design and answer any questions you may have. This stage is critical to ensure that the installation runs smooth and that all materials and fittings are ordered in good time.

4) We will agree a date for when work can commence on your new bathroom together with the duration for the works.
