Our business philosophy is simple. Deliver a high quality product with a reliable service and end up with happy customers.

As a small company we are able to manage our work load and not make promises to people which we cannot keep. Every job is managed from the initial visit through to completion by one individual. This ensures that the standard of workmanship is high whilst minimising distruption to the customer.

Of course it goes without saying that all work is guaranteed for 12 months and fully insured.

Expertise

Many of our customers have found our approach to business refreshing. As a result of the wide variety of experience we have gained over the years we are able to present alternative ideas and solutions to our customers. Where ever possible our aim is to minimise cost to the customer whilst exceding expectations.

Warrington Property Services prides itself on the multi-skilled capability of it's workforce, however where necessary we have established arrangements with specialist contractors including gas fitters and electricians for example. We also have a vast array of established suppliers with preferential rates and delivery options.
